Description: This prestigious development was opened in October 2004 after a joint venture featuring developers Capital Regional and Pillar Investments collaborating with Glasgow City Council. An unused site afflicted with post-industrial decay was selected due to its strategic location at junction 10 off the M8 and with the help of Architects Cooper Cromar transformed a once derelict site into a vibrant, modern shopping experience. Broxap's MWH Object & Design D100 benches and A111 litter bins were specified offering excellent anti-vandal features as well as a contemporary look and feel to complement the surroundings. Broxap also supplied a number of their stainless steel bollards and sheffield cycle stands.
